WHAT YOU ENJOY ABOUT YOUR JOB: Since I began my employment with Goodwill, I've discovered many things about myself, my family, friends, co-workers, and the community. I've realized that what I do is a very important part of Goodwill's mission: to help individuals become independent. I can honestly say that I absolutely love what I do and I am excited to go to work every morning. I enjoy the fact that I get to help others with disabilities become a part of our community. I assist them with becoming successful within the work field of their choice. I find the challenge of educating the employer world about disabled individuals to be rewarding and fun.
