Employment

Goodwill encourages people who reflect the diversity of the community to apply for appropriate positions that are open. Applications are reviewed without knowledge of an individual's status, such as age, ethnicity, or disability. Applicants are screened based on demonstrated ability to perform the minimum requirements of a specific position.

  • Current Openings with minimum requirements are posted at our downtown Spokane headquarters as well as on this site.
  • Openings vary by location and throughout the year, from entry-level labor to skilled work and managerial positions.
  • Pre-employment testing is conducted for selected positions. Hiring for some designated positions may be dependent upon drug testing results, driver's license, background or credit checks.
  • Not all applicants can be interviewed. After an initial screening of applications, individuals selected for interviews are notified by phone or U.S. mail. Please do not call to ask about whether you will be selected for an interview.

"Goodwill is truly like a strong family. We work hard but also have the rewards of knowing we're making a difference in so many lives. Being part of what Goodwill does for individuals and our communities gives me a good feeling." -- long time Goodwill employee
