Goodwill Accreditation
We believe in excellence, transparency, and continual improvement. In the pursuit of excellence, Goodwill is reviewed regularly by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). CARF is an independent accreditation agency, leading the field in standards of excellence for social services.
CARF surveyors spend up to a week at our agency for each review period. CARF surveyors review operational aspects of the organization, from management to safety policies to service delivery. Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest has consistently received the maximum period of accreditation (3 years).
